The Soul Center represents a revolutionary approach to supported living for adults with developmental disabilities. It is not a group home, nor is it a traditional assisted-living facility. Instead, it is a genuinely new model: a self-contained village where residents are empowered with real choice, authentic community, and a fulfilling life. Soul Center proudly welcomes interfaith cohesion — embracing Muslims, Christians, and Jews alike — as a cornerstone of its inclusive community.

Collaborative Foundation: The project is structured through a newly formed nonprofit entity, Soul Center of Oceanside, Inc.—a joint venture between Chabad of Oceanside and Soul Purpose New York.
Innovative Architecture: The organization will acquire the air rights above the existing structure, allowing for a creative and efficient expansion of the campus.
Dedicated Management: Soul Center of Oceanside, Inc. will hold the title to all residential floors, managing the entire building as a purpose-built, supported-living community designed from the ground up to help its residents thrive.
